    A credit card is needed to act as a safety net, in case there are no funds in your PeoplePerHour account when your profile is featured. This is very common when it comes to services that are charged after a few hours.

    I don't understand the need for a payment method validtion when I have so much money in my peoplepeehour account.

    Regardless the card payments just don't work.
