Hy people per hour team

My account is accepted for 2 months but my account is not approved therefore I can not send my proposal.  I am sending my feedback on the project but people per hour are not responding and I can not work on the site. Kindly check my account and tell me problems about this matter.  kindly approve my account urgent basis then I can send my proposal regularly.
