Withdrawing money
I finished a job on March 17th. The job was #3536874 Voice over for Explanatory video. There is money in my account but the choice to withdraw money is not available. When can I withdraw money?

It sounds like you're experiencing our payments process which is approximately a 2 week clearing period. You can read more about this process here.
After this time, you can then request a withdrawal of your money. You will need to wait 2 working days for this to be processed and once it has, it should reach your chosen payment account.
