Withdrawal Delay
It has been 5 days since I made my withdrawal request and still nothing. This is extremelly unprofessional.How can I keep on using a platform that is giving me this level of insecurity? Working and not being able to know when you will actually get paid? I've seen a lot of people here facing the same issue and I'm seriously worried. Please help.

They take 14 days to show the amount available for withdrawal and then may take another week to appear in your bank account. I have requested the withdrawal on 24th Apr Sunday but still waiting for the payment on Friday 29th Apr.
I just received the response from their customer service after 24 hours of submitting the ticket that there has been a technical glitch that has caused the delay and they are unable to confirm when will my payment be processed. They just don't understand how important it is to get their own money when they are relying on their freelance income. -
The mismanagement of our payments is inexcusable, made worse by the fact no information on why the payments are delayed is being provided. It is bad enough to wait 2 weeks for each payment, then an additional 48 hours, and now there is an unexplained delay?
Is PPH in financial trouble? Are they stealing our payments? We have a right to ask under the circumstances.
