Application not accepted without any reason.

I am told in the last explanation that "the freelancer application is an entirely different matter and unfortunately at this current moment PPH is not accepting new freelancer applications."

Could you elaborate this more as to what sense it holds if on the other hand receiving a mail that my profile has been accepted?

What will I do on my profile made here if the only purpose of making a profile at People Per Hour is not being fulfilled?

I tried looking for answers at a community forum, found support claiming to be not accepting the application for certain service giving freelancers, this is again incomplete information as to why have those freelancing options present if have no scope for them, I am yet to know which freelancing service is open for newbies?

I have spent hours on the platform to update my profile as per the given guidelines, but is in vain now.

I am not going to use the platform neither recommending anyone, if not found a satisfactory answer, it is simply a waste of time, extremely upsetting, negative feedbacks!!

Hi there,

We've had a huge influx in freelancer applications which unfortunately means that we have to manage this. In some cases that means that we can't accept applications in certain skill areas as this would negatively impact our existing community.

Please rest assured that we're running analysis on a daily basis to see if more freelancers can be accepted. This review process might take up to 3 months. In the meantime, kindly bear with us and hopefully we can contact you sooner in the event your application status changes.

I have not been assisted yet. There has been no clarity over why my application would not be accepted if have all the requirements in place as per the recommended guidelines?
