PeoplePerHour’s mission is to empower people to be professionally and financially independent. We want to protect our current community of freelancers and ensure everyone has enough demand for their services. As a result, we need to make the hard decision of pausing applications for certain service categories according to demand for those skills.
We apologize for the disappointment this is causing. For now there is nothing more you can do to strengthen your application. In the case the demand for your chosen category increases we will get in contact with you.

Firstly, thank you for applying to join PeoplePerHour as a Freelancer.
Unfortunately, at the moment we're unable to accept all new freelancer applications due to high demand. We understand your disappointment and we wish nothing more than to help everyone onto our platform. However, given the current global crisis we need to be mindful of protecting our community.
PeoplePerHour freelancers have worked hard to establish their reputation and build their business on our platform. Our priority is to safeguard their livelihood. On this basis, we are temporarily pausing the processing of new applications for skills for which competition is very high on the platform.
We are running analysis on a daily basis to see if more freelancers can be accepted. This review process might take up to 3 months. In the meantime, kindly bear with us and hopefully we can contact you sooner in the event your application status changes.
