Buyer sent Escrow Deposit for work I have not accepted but has been mdoerated
Hi,
Last night I was sent a proposal amount as well as an Escrow deposit by a buyer for an article. The information regarding the article was too vague and the pay too little so I wanted to send him a message declining his offer. However I saw his offer is being moderated, so I can neither send a message declining his offer, nor actually decline the offer. And yet I have a deposit sent to the buyer's PPH account? Does that mean I still have to do the work, even if I do not want to nor want the money? I just want to decline the offer but am unable. Please help me.

Hi Yasmin
All projects are moderated before they can go live to ensure your protection. Once the project is moderated and (hopefully) approved, you should then be able to accept or reject the project.
If this hasn't happened, please let me know and I will raise a ticket for you with our customer service team.
