Withdrawal Processing Delays Not Improving
I am now facing my 4th delay in a month for a withdrawal request. I feel for the customer support team as they are trying to placate us but apparently, they are not allowed to escalate our complaints and they are not allowed to refer our concerns to a manager or supervisor.
I feel like we are largely being ignored and I have now been waiting almost 96 hours, which is 4 days for my payment to be processed.
If the delays are the result of a technical issue that has resulted in a backlog, why have there not been more hours, personnel or resources delegated to resolve these delays? This would clear the backlog in 24 hours or less and make everyone happy.

Thank you for responding to my post. However, I would also appreciate it if your team would answer the emails as I would have liked some of the points in my email addressed.
Unless, of course, you would prefer I list them all here?
I sincerely hope these delays have finally been resolved and I guess I will find out next week when some of my withdrawals pass the 14 days clearance.
