Error during payment
I am trying to pay a deposit, but PPH advises on an issue and asks me to try again.
I have been attempting my Paypal and my Debit card, but it times out.
Could you get back to me as soon as you are able so I may start on my project, please.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. I can see you have an open ticket with our customer service team and they have provided some advice there about clearing your Cache.
