Message never reached freelancer due to moderation

I got a message that states the following:

Uh-oh! Your WorkStream was moderated

Our Moderation Ninjas detected content in your WorkStream, which was in violation of our Terms & Conditions. For that reason, your message never reached Naveed's Inbox. If you want to talk this through, just Contact us

Why am I getting  this message? Please assist.
