Error with answer security question

Hi,
when entering the payment page, the system asks the answer to the control question. I enter the correct word, but the system indicates that the error occurred. How can this be fixed? help me cancel the coding word

  I'm afraid there isn't a way to reset your security code manually and you'll need to get in touch with the customer support team in order to get this changed - sorry about that!
