Withdrawal payment but still not received in my Payoneer account

I have make a withdrawal payment on Saturday, I have received a PPH email, but still not received payment in my Payoneer account pls help.

  Hi Team,

  I placed an order and created a milestone of almost £900 with a freelancer who did not complete my order. I requested a refund, and the payment was supposed to be returned to my PHP account. After receiving it in my PHP account, I planned to transfer it to my Payoneer account.

  It has already been 8 days, but I have not yet received the refund. Could you please confirm when the payment will be credited to my Payoneer account and how many more days it may take?

  Additionally, when a buyer transfers an amount to a PHP account, how many days does it usually take for the payment to appear in the Payoneer account? Kindly let me know.
