Undelivered Work/Potential Fraud - From Freelancer: Aakash Kiri (Aakash K.)

Hi,

This complaint is due to a violation of your companies Terms & Conditions and likely fraud from freelancer: Aakash Kiri

On the 13th April 2022, freelancer Aakash Kiri (an active freelancer on PPH)  was automatically paid an invoice upfront (which I did not approve) from my escrow account for work that he did not delivered. It has now been 8 days and Freelancer Aakash Kiri (Aakash K.) has still not sent me the work which he has been paid for, which is fraudulent behaviour.

Aakash Kiri has been unprofessional and a terrible freelancer. 

Overall this is a clear T&C’s violation as I have not received the work. This need to be resolved immediately.

  Hi Community Team,

  Thanks. I'm concerned that there is some discrimination or bias towards me within this situation

  Due to certain actions and mainly because, the support team informed me that the Freelancer (whom I am having a dispute with) need "Special attention" and "Treatment". I found this shocking and very disheartening to hear, as there is no professional reason for it.

  I would appreciate any support from the community on this matter.
