Edit delivery time for offer

Dear Support,

I got one project where The client decided to pay on monthly basis so the deadline should be 30 days from the offer date. But the expected delivery time in the offer is 1 day only so resulting I have received an email that I have been late to deliver the offer. Please help and advise me on changing the delivery date so that the project couldn't be marked late.
