    We're sorry to hear about your experience with PeoplePerHour and that you've been left feeling disappointed and let down by the service you've received from the support team. 

    We've looked into this in more detail and after speaking with a senior member of the support team, we recommend that you reach out to the buyer via the workstream to ask that they verify their account. If you do not get a response from them or they are not willing to cooperate, please inform the support team immediately and this will be escalated to our payments team who will further investigate and try and get this resolved for you.
