Posting an Offer Problems after making a payment for fast tracking
I have tried to post an offer, I have been requested to pay for a fast track, which I have done and made payment.
I have been told I cannot make an offer and yet I have paid. Please assist to resolve so that I can manage to post my offer and begin working immediately.
