Hello,

I discussed with the freelancer a few weeks ago, and today came and paid for the work to start; immediately after paying, the workstream was moderated meaning I am unable to do anything with it.

I have re-read the terms and conditions but I can not see how #3567925 has broken any rules.

Please can someone explain what I can do next?
