Trying to raise a support ticket but nothing is working!

Guys, is the website still functioning? I am trying to raise a support ticket and none of the links work (including one seen here on another support ticket: https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

Can someone acknowledge this ticket asap as I need some help with a job post.

  Hi there, thanks for getting in touch and for letting us know you're having some trouble. The support ticket form is working as normal. To submit a ticket you must be signed into your PPH account. We have raised a new one for you and a member of the team will be in touch with more details and ask for more info in regards to your query.
