Withdraw my earnings

Hi,

I am experiencing troubles withdrawing my earnings from the past two months. I can see that the funds are available on my "PPH User Account", but how can I withdraw it and receive it on my bank account? I tried to click on the option of "Request Deposit" but the Escrow balance shows no money.

Please help, thank you in advance!

  Hi Junhanlu, thanks for your message on the forum but sorry to hear you're having an issue with withdrawing your funds.

  Typically you must wait approximately 2 weeks (clearing period) before you're able to request a withdrawal, after which it will take up to 2 working days to process and hit your account. 2 months is an awfully long time to be without your money so this doesn't so right, so I've escalated this to our team to take a closer look and get back to you with more information.
