Hi

I want to change the account type from buyer to freelancer.

  Hi there, thanks for your question! I'm afraid you'd need to go through the application process to have a freelancer account. 

  The easiest way to do this is to look for the "Post Offer" option on your account (not Post project). This should then direct you to fill out the freelancer application.
