I got a mail informing that my profile has been accepted. But still my profile shows its not approved and I can't send proposals. Please do needful and activate my account. Thank you

  Hi there, thanks for getting in touch, and apologies for any confusion. Essentially what's happened is that you made changes to your application which were approved, but your application itself was rejected.
