I have mark my account as UNAVAILABLE yet someone has been able to deposit money into an escrow and the PPH system has accepted a job on my behalf.

This is very disappointing for both myself and the buyer who thinks I have accepted a job.

I have asked for help and told there is another place to switch off availability but the instructions were not specific on how to do it, just sent me to an area which made no reference to availability. Having asked again I still dont know how to stop buyers contacting me. I would like to know why the PPH is showing me as available to buyers when I am not. regards Craig

    Hi there Craig, sorry to hear you're having trouble. We can see that there is a ticket in the system and a member of the team is currently helping you get this resolved.

    surely what I am asking is standard question! I had hoped it would be resolved in a few minutes.
