I believe that we can all agree that the live chat customer service was one of the most useful things on PPH, as it was very quick and extremely helpful, this is why it came as a shock to me and many others to learn that PPH decided to remove it. Is it possible to have this service come back online again? It can be frustrating to wait hours or sometimes days to solve simple quick issues.

  Definitely agree Ahmed.
  So frustrating to contact throught email with customer support. It has been 3 weeks and not solving a problem with my people per hour account, because it needs minimum 1 week to reply the mail the customer servise.
  Disappointment!
