Hi,
This was my first time using peopleperhour. I have paid the deposit today and used the 20% off promocode emailed to me as a first time user. I noticed that I have not been offered the 20% discount inspite of me using the discount code but I have got around 5% discount. Also, when I paid the remaining amount there is no discount applied at all. I think this is unfair and I am not happy with the service where I was offered a discount but again the promised discount for not applied by peopleperhour.
If I had known before that I would be disappointed like this, i could have used my NHS staff 20% discount instead or gone to other websites.
Although I received great service from the freelancer I am disappointed by PPH. I would be grateful if you can retrospectively apply my 20% discount and refund me the excess payment taken to a better customer satisfaction so that I can use the website again. With this experience I am not looking forward to.
