Money disappearing
Hi
On 13 June, a transfer of £246 from our bank did not arrive in the PPH account,. I have raised a bunch of tickets and sent emails in the past five weeks to no avail. A "Vicky" contacted me on 14 June to say she was dealing with the matter. Nothing from her since. I got an email from support around 1 July asking was the matter resolved. Of course it isn't because nothing has been done and nobody at PPH cares.
I cant think of another supplier who provides such. pathetic service!
We have spent £30,000 via PPH but since this situation arose are now putting our business through other more professional responsive freelancer sites.

Hi there, sorry to hear you're having trouble.
We can see your ticket in the system and that you've been in touch a few times on the same query. Due to how our ticket system works, this has unfortunately delayed our response to you - sorry about that. This is because tickets are sorted based on the date of a customer's last reply which has pushed your query to the back of the queue.
We have chased this with a member of the team, so you should get a response as soon as someone is available. Typically tickets are responded to in 7 working days. Thanks again for your patience and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I dont believe for a minute that anyone will get back to me and what you said above is rubbish,. Yes, i have contacted you multipe times because i expect some level of service other than the occasional "we wil get around to it sometime"
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and something I will not never forget.
