Invoice showing different amount to what money was taken

Hi People per hour our total on our Invoice was £90.00 we noticed though that £99.60 has been taken from our company credit card. Who can we speak to about this? Why is this?? 

The project was for a total amount of £75.00 and vat added £15.00 creating a total of £90.00

  Hi there Kirsty,  thanks for your question. 

  There is a buyer fee.

  You will be charged 10% + £0.60 of the amount you're paying in total or of the deposit. You can find more information about this in our T&C's here (Section 8.1). 

  This is why you've been invoiced £99.60.

  This happened to me also.

  @peopleperhour I think there needs to be something that is included somehow in the invoice as from an accounts point of view the bank transaction and the invoice don't match which is a headache for people to mess about and sort out.
