Money Not Refunded Back In My Bank Account

Hello,

I've been refunded 300 USD, i received the confirmation to my mail since 11th July 2022 but money still didn't come to my bank account.

What should I do to solve this issue?
and I have contacted the support customer service and no one helped me till now.  I need to know the reference number for this transaction, How can i get this info?
