How to change Profile Name ?

Hi there,

When I registered my profile name, I used my english name which is easy for other people's reading and understanding, but this cause an issue when I submitted my ID and bank information for PPH New Withdrawal Account.
So I just need to know how I can change the profile name as the same as my ID name and my bank account details for the existing PPH profile. Please don't suggest to create the new one. We have good existing profile on PPH.

Can you please guide through the process ?
