    Dear Sir

    I just joint before few day, Yet I dont get any work, at present I do communicate a buyer he send me 4 steps of job for Data entry every steps there are security deposit (Its my account Paypal) account, I must have to deposit to get the work. I come to know is it the rules for get start the work Freelancer have to submit security deposit for the work ?
