Wheres my refund

I want to engage with another contractor. When will our refund for the work not done be reimbursed please?

This is holding us up at the moment.

We have normally had excellent service from PPH. This is slightly worrying.

  Hi there, payments are usually refunded in 3 working days however due to the UK bank holiday on August 29th this will have caused delays. Please be assured that the payments team are working hard to refund payments and it'll hit your account soon.

  I have the same problem, my refund under review for more than 7 days, but normally it should be done for 3 days
