I need to access the Payments area and account settings, but unable to do so as i have forgotten my Security Questions' answer. I need help to resolve it please.

  Hello, this is so much annoying, should i work on projects on PPH, there is no support, there is nobody replying and resolving the issues, i am uncertain if there is a proper and certain setup to withdraw and setup payments, does this site now belong to any individual or its an authentic company
