PPH provides really bad services to freelancers

I have been waiting for days to release my funds and their customer support team didn't respond now. these people have withheld my money without any reason first I have waited for 14 days to complete the processing time than once the 14 is completed I tried to transfer fund to my Payoneer account their team asking silly questions, PPH has nothing to do with my Payoneer account's verification whether its approved or not from Payoneer but they asked me to first verify your Payoneer account then we will transfer your funds although they already approved my Payoneer account on PPH but they want to waste my time for no reason. that's how they treated their freelancers.

  Hi Harris, thanks for your message and sorry to hear you're having some trouble, We've looked into this and As your Payoneer account - USD is now activated and you can use it to withdraw your funds!

  Its more than two weeks now and their support team didn't respond to my tickets one of their CSR Sofia was in contact with me but now there is no one who respond to my questions/

  if you don't have a verified bank account then you can't release any funds - it AML rules in the UK.

  My bank account has  already been verified ages ago but their CSR team isn't responding to the tickets. I have been waiting for their response more than a weeks now.

  As a freelancer you have zero protection on PPH from scammers and just plain bad clients.

  PPH don’t really care, and their support and disputes team seems to be staffed either by bots or people who aren’t qualified to arbitrate.
