I am trying to reach a freelancer and its virtually impossible to talk to him, can I ask the question why ???????????

  This type of query doesn't need 7 days to respond. It's a generic question which you can answer on the spot.  This is why you're pulling your own platform down and our livelihoods with it.  Ridiculous to wait 7 or more working days for an answer or advice on how to contact a freelancer.  Sort it out PPH.
