Unresponsive freelancer
Pls help! I am new on here!
A job was given to freelancer a few dats ago and I have not received a single work product, and although before he was messaging me back has now become unresponsive and has already sent an invoice and withdrawn the funds. He was to design a sponsorship pitch deck, a flier and ticket design.
This has been so unprofessional and really unacceptable. Please advise on (1) how to change my feedback (which went with 5 stars - thats to the platform being glitchy) and (2) I want a refund!
