Hi, I am having issue wherein the security question is not working and I can not get into the payment section.

    Hello customer support, I reported this issue a day back and have not heard back yet. I am unable to use payment section to fund the latest project that I have posted. Can you fix this asap such that I can move to the next step to finalize the work?

    I have had the same issue for weeks.

    Despite raising this with PPH ,they have ignored the question and as a result they have messed up my bookkeeping departments workflow.

    They obviously have an issue with this, and won't admit it.

    Piss poor-will use Fivver next time.

    PPH, It's been a day since I provided the response to your request, and the issue is still not resolved making me unable to get past the security questions for payments. I am not receiving any response from customer support. This is very urgent as I am unable to hire any freelancers at this time because of failure to get past security questions. Can you help resolve the ticket asap?
