Application repeatedly send back due to my profile picture not being 'genuine'.
My application has been sent back to me for editing twice now, on the basis that my profile picture is not genuine. The picture is absolutely genuine. It is of me, and does not violate any guidelines that I can see. I have requested information on why it is not considered genuine and have simply been told repeatedly that 'it is not genuine'. I have submitted a ticket and been told that PPH does not respond to queries about applications. I'm very confused.
