Please help. I was withdraw my payment fees to my direct bank but i haven't receive. It was 7 days ago.

  Please help. My husband was withdraw my payment fees to my direct bank but he hasn't receive. It was 1 month ago.afterthat u told him that you will transfer his money by break break but he didn't get his payment yet it was 3 days ago...please help us we need his money on urgently
