Misuse of clarification board
Hi PPH
I accept vetting a clarification message is an important factor to overcome misuse but why is there a delay if nothing appears to get blocked? The vast majority I read are appropriate but if vetted, surely all should be appropriate? I'm assuming there's some technical issue that allows these errant posts to get published.
I find it rather infuriating that the clarification board posts are 'supposedly' vetted but still have posts that are clearly not for clarification such as 'give the details to sign in to the dashboard' - 'I'm an expert, I can do this for you'.
As I'm paying to use the PPH platform, I expect PPH to do a job that does not put me at a disadvantage. I adhere to PPH rules and I expect PPH to work to the SLA (service level agreement) we share.
The misusers reflect badly with buyers and damage the reputation of the platform and the freelancers such as myself, as such, I do not and am not getting my money's worth.
Please do not reply with the generic message of 'the best way is to raise a ticket' or 'we'll take this on board' or the other usual set responses. These responses suggest that we're not taken seriously.
Apart from this one issue, overall, I am satisfied with all other aspects of the platform.
