PPH need restart live chat option.

I am working here since 2010 But PPH is the only website all over the which is not upgrading with new features like other freelancing platforms.

After a close live chat a small issue takes us 4 to 5 days to solve the problem which also was not instant please take a notice and at least give us some space.

This is 2nd worst decision of PPH after payment holding for 14 days.

After 14 days you can withdraw and funds will be cleared within 24 to 48 hours.

It's shocking.

I hope PPH can make it better.
