I am unable to upload my profile picture while I am filling up my freelancer portfolio

I want to upload my profile picture in the freelancer portfolio section but it is not working I have clicked on that box for more than 100 times but it's not working I tried 4 to 5 times even though I haven't submitted the portfolio even once . I also filled up all the necessary things like languages, description,title,etc but when I am clicking on the box to submit my profile picture it's doing nothing

  Hi there,

  The reason why your profile picture may not have been uploaded immediately is that it's waiting to be approved by the moderation team. This doesn't mean that it wasn't unsuccessful, it just means that it's still to be reviewed ☺️

  Please allow 24 hours for this change to be applied and ensure that the profile picture you're changing to is a picture of yourself and not a logo or cartoon. If you are registered under a company however, a company logo is acceptable.
