Finding Collaborators on PPH

I want to find some collaborators (artists, animators, voice actors, musicians) on a social media project via PPH. The project is not a money-making one, its for bragging-rights and potential career advancement of all those involved. 

My question is this: How do I post this project on PPH without contravening the terms & conditions? I'm happy to pay a listing fee to PPH for using the platform, but I won't be paying the collaborators.
