Currently, our support option consists of email communication. Besides contacting our support team, you can view multiple forum posts that explain many general questions that have been answered by some of our most experienced users. Our Customer Support Ninjas are available from 8AM-4PM UK Time, Monday to Sunday. Here are some screenshots to assist in the process of contacting us: 1. There is a "Support" option at the bottom of each page (footer) 2. Once you either click on "Customer Support" option or the "Support" at the bottom you will see the following page 3. If the search options do not resolve your issue, you can select the "Need More Help? Contact Us". You will have to sign in to your PPH account if you have not done so already. 4. If you do not have a PPH Account or have difficulties login in then you can click on the "Can't log in? Click here to contact us" 5.
