At PeoplePerHour our Buyers and Freelancers are authentic therefore urge all of our users to log in with their real names and profile pictures as we believe every true professional must be genuine.
All of our users' profile names need to be the same as their payment method account names, either their PayPal account or bank statement.
In order to change their PeoplePerHour profile names, our users will need to contact our customer experience team. You can do this by raising a support ticket here.
What do I need to provide in order to proceed?
Our users (freelancers or buyers) will need to provide us with proof of identification (National ID, Driving Licence or Passport). Those documents are private and should never be published online only send via email to our support team.
