  It’s because as you see on these notice boards everyone from India and Pakistan seems to be a data entry experts all fighting to get on the platform but there are very few jobs available.

  If there are no jobs available (on the main board) not this page - there's very little you or PPH can do about it.  Just have to wait until suitable projects come in and then place your proposal accordingly.
