Moderated Workstreams
The removal of the web chat makes it impossible to contact anyone quickly at PPH.
Your system allows buyers to invite freelancers to bid but everytime you do the workstream get moderated. Yet, if you don't respond in time you get your response time lowered.
Shambolic! I currently have someone who has purchased a service via an invitation bid and the workstream has been moderated for over 6 hours - I cannot communicate to the buyer or you don't have a process to report it.

I have the same problem. A client was asking for an offer I posted. I was going to respond but only a few minutes after the client sent the message the workstream got automatically moderated. I didn't even click on it. Customer service responded several days later that it is a filter and the issue will be escalated to the appropriate department. A couple of days more waiting and I get a message from PPH explaining that I have to respond the message I got from customer service or they will close the issue in 48 hours, so I responded. No solution yet. At this point the person who asked information about my offer must have gone somewhere else and my response time got affected. If I don't make money of this platform then I can't give this platform money.
