Hello!
I am trying to join PeoplePerHour as a freelancer. I failed but there is any way to join PeoplePerHour as a freelancer? I have a lot of free time to show my skill and I chose this marketplace to share my skill and experience. But sadly I can't join hear as a freelancer I don't wanna waste my time and effort.

How do I over come the first step? I don't wanna west my time and I wanna show my skill & creatives.
