Hi,

Hope you are doing well!

Is it possible to extend the qualification period, since I could not be active during this time for personal reasons?

  Hi there,

  New Freelancers initially have a 3 month period (qualifying period) to make just 2 sales or bill an aggregate of £100. You must also receive an average feedback of at least 4 stars in order to get full access to the Freelance features on the platform. 

  Given your circumstance, you can request to extend your qualification period, but please note this may not be approved! Please do get in touch with the support team by emailing them at support@peopleperhour.com or creating a ticket: http://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
