Where is my money? 3 days waiting instead of 48 hours and still nothing

Hello! On Sunday I withdrew money to my payoneer account
I received an email saying that the money will come within 48 hours (2 working days)
it’s already Wednesday evening and I still haven’t received anything, although the money was debited from my account
Payoneer support says that everything is working on their side and the payment has not been received, Peopleperhour support is ignoring me
