Waiting 7 days now for my offer to be re-instated

Hi, I've been waiting for 7 days now for my offer options to be reset so it can be back live. It only allows me to delete it because it thought it was duplicate as I missed off the word count. No answer from support for 5 days now.

  Escalated? This is now TWO weeks! ..........................Still waiting. Considering we pay a fee to use this platform this is appalling. To be fair it's appalling by any standards.
