Hello, 

Its been 4 days and I have not received any response for a request raised in the help centre. How long does it take for PPH to respond?

  Hi,

  Have been reaching out to you regarding the change of my name. I wanted to solve that before I make withdrawals since I know my name and identity name don't match.
